Summary… knowledgable employers are getting with it. Companies want – and need – productivity to be profitable. They need to report to their board members or their share holders, they need to stay in the green, and they need to succeed in their business to STAY in business. But research has shown that balanced, healthy workers are BETTER workers. Giving and ensuring employees have a healthy work-life balance is a win win across the board.
